Road to Online Riches Workshop
On November 9 - 12, 2006 I will be attending a workshop that will change my world. Why do I know that? Because of the drive and determination that I have been pumping out the past few months that will be combined with over 100 people who want the same thing I want: to succeed at this online thing.
If you have been attempting to make it online for more than two years, you have probably heard it all. The mechanics ore no longer what is stopping you. I know the mechanics front and back, inside and out. What is missing is the people.
Those of you on my list are saying, “what am I, chopped liver?”
By people, I mean interacting with like-minded people, and seeing them up close. Being able to swap business cards, and email addresses. Talking over a project you could use a hand with.
So I am excited! Nervous, too, because I don’t know what kind of impression I am going to make. I know all of the things I want to talk about, but in the end, all people are going to be interested in is themselves, right? So, do I ask each person I meet to tell me about themselves? Give them more of an ear to listen to what they have to say than a mouth to spout out what my goals and aspirations are?
Of course, I will be the worlds best listener. My goal is to get the information from as many marketers as I can, and leave an impression with each one that I am the kind of person that they can trust with their deepest secrets and that I would not betray that trust. After all, if I am going to help a person to make a lot of money, I sure do not want them to be watching their back the whole time.
I have a buddy ticket for this event and I am surprised that I have not had anyone interested in purchasing it from me. If my daughter had a laptop, I would not feel bad about letting her have the ticket, since she is a budding author, and she could use training from the likes of Michael Koenigs and Willie Crawford, Jr. But I would feel better if she could participate in the training by having a laptop to actually dowhat the speakers are telling us in real time. It is much easier to remember something after you have done it.
So I will make one more attempt to sell the extra ticket. I was even thinking about posting it on ebay. That might not be such a bad idea. The workshop is in Orlando, and there are many Internet Marketers in the Orlando area. It should actually be rather easy to sell the ticket on ebay.
Looks like I have something to work on before I go to bed tonight. Here I thought this post was going to be the last thing I did before I went to bed. My subconscious thinks otherwise.
If you want to know more about the workshop, here are the details:
